Had a work meeting (!) this afternoon, with a customer who was in town. First time I’ve done anything like this in more than two years, of course.

“Have you considered being a manager?” Yes, every year or two as a matter of fact. Each time, I come to the same conclusion: I don’t want to be responsible for personnel issues. But I appreciate the sentiment regardless.
