Got the air conditioner out of the cellar. It still works.
Another 1″ of snow fell overnight. It’s barely starting to melt; it might freeze briefly overnight, but it shouldn’t again for a while.
Note to future-self: Don’t bother shoveling the sidewalk; the snowplows will just cover it with nasty road slush.
Finally stopped snowing an hour or so ago. We ended up with 7″ accumulation.
Still a heavy fall of fine snowflakes, mixed with blown snow. Maybe 8″ accumulation so far, based on the snow cap on the birdbath?
