Joined the dude and a couple of his friends for a game of EDH . Managed to eke out a victory with Sevinne over the dude’s brutal cats deck and my sea monsters deck one of his friends was running.

Magic today with Greg and Greg’s friend Steve and the dude. My Shirei deck worked perfectly; Sevinne never really got going.
First day of school for the kids. Had lunch with Meghan at the Fat Hen , and dessert at Honoré .
In honor of the victory of the proletariat over the capitalist class, and thinking of the mild chaos we saw when we were out for sushi (caused in part by a cook abruptly quitting), today’s discussion was about customs of giving notice, at-will employment, and related asymmetries.
